सूर्यनमस्काराची निर्मिती
रथसप्तमीबरोबर सूर्यनमस्काराचे महत्त्व कसे जोडले गेले आहे, तसेच सूर्योपासना आणि सूर्यनमस्काराच्या निर्मितीपासूनचे महत्त्व अभ्यासण्यासाठी केलेला हा लेखनप्रपंच-
सूर्यनमस्काराची निर्मिती
माणसाने परमेश्वराला प्रथम पाहिले ते सूर्याच्या रूपात. माणसांत आणि एकंदर सजीव सृष्टीत जे चैतन्य आहे ते सूर्यापासून आले आहे असे मानले जाते. परंतु या चैतन्यातून एकापेक्षा एक असे पराक्रम साकार करायचे असतील, तर सूर्योपासनेचे विशिष्ट असे शास्त्र तयार करायला हवे असे भारतातील ऋषींना वाटले. आणि त्यांनी केलेल्या चिंतनातून सूर्यनमस्कार जन्माला आले. यामुळे सूर्योपासना आणि सूर्यनमस्काराचे भारतीय संस्कृतीतील महत्त्व अनन्यसाधारण आहे.
प्राचीन सूर्यमंदिरे व सूर्योपासना यांचे महत्त्व
सूर्याला देवता मानले जाते. सूर्यनमस्काराबरोबरच सूर्यनमस्काराची उपासना गायत्री स्वरूपात किंवा सूर्यस्तुती, अशा कोणत्याही स्वरूपात सूर्योपासना केल्यास एकाग्रता साध्य होते. तसेच बुद्धी, स्मृती तीक्ष्ण होतात. शिवाय आकलनशक्तीही सुधारते.
भारतात सूर्यमंदिरे फारच थोडी आहेत. सौराष्ट्रातील वेरावळ, मध्य प्रदेश, उत्तर प्रदेश, नेपाळ, कोणार्क इ. ठिकाणी सूर्यमंदिरे आहेत. आपल्या महाराष्ट्रातील रत्नागिरी जिल्ह्यात राजापूर तालुक्यात कशेळी या गावी शेकडो वर्षांपासून असलेले हे सूर्यमंदिर मुख्य मार्गाकडून केवळ तीन ते चार किमीवर हे नितांत सुंदर देवस्थान वसलेले आहे.
उगवत्या व मावळत्या् सूर्याला दंडवत घालणे हे सूर्यनमस्काराचे प्रमुख उद्दिष्ट आहे.
सूर्यनमस्काराचे ऐतिहासिक महत्त्व
सूर्यनमस्कारात वापरल्या जाणा-या आसनांचा ऐतिहासिक ग्रंथात उल्लेख आढळतो. श्री समर्थ रामदास सूर्यनमस्काराचा वापर शरीरसौष्ठवासाठी करत असत.
सूर्यनमस्कार करताना म्हटले जाणारे मंत्र व त्यांचे महत्त्व
प्रत्येक सूर्यनमस्काराची सुरुवात करताना मंत्र म्हटले जातात. त्या प्रत्येक मंत्राचा संबंध शरीरातील चक्राशी आहे. –

३. सूर्याय नमः स्वाधिष्ठान चक्र
४. भानवे नमः आज्ञा चक्र

७. हिरण्यगर्भाय नमः स्वाधिष्ठान चक्र
८. मरीचये न मः विशुद्ध चक्र
९. आदित्याय नमः आज्ञा चक्र
१०. सवित्राय नमः स्वाधिष्ठान चक्र
११. अर्काय नमः विशुद्ध चक्र
१२. भास्कराय नमः अनाहत चक्र
सूर्यनमस्कार करताना सूर्याचीच नावे का म्हणावी ?
सूर्याला चराचर सृष्टीचा आत्मा मानले जाते. सकाळची सूर्यकिरणे अंगावर घेत प्रणवासहित त्याचे नामोच्चरण, दर्शन व सूर्यनमस्कार घालणे म्हणजे एकाचवेळी शारीरिक, मानसिक वा आध्यात्मिक शक्तिंचा विकास साधणे होय. सूर्यावाचून काहीच व्यवहार चालत नाही. मग अंधांना सूर्याचे दर्शन कसे घडावे? एवढे सूर्याला महत्त्व आहे.
सूर्यनमस्कारामुळे होणारे लाभ
सूर्यनमस्कारात आरोग्य, दीर्घायुष्य, कार्यक्षमता हेच ध्येय डोळ्यासमोर ठेवायचे असते. या आसनामुळे आयुष्य, बल आणि बुद्धिचा विकास होतो. मस्तक, मान, हात, पाय, छाती, पोट, कंबरेचे स्नायू, मेरूदंड, पायाची बोटे, गुढगे, सर्व सांधे यांना व्यायाम घडतो. तसेच पोटाचे जडत्व, अनावश्यक वाढलेला मेद, ओटीपोटातील चरबी, थायरॉईडसारखे विकार, लहान मुलांचे फिरलेले हातपाय व काही हाडांचे दोष, गंडमाळा, घशातील विकार नाहिेसे होतात. क्षयापासून संरक्षण मिळते, मनोबलाचा विकास होतो. शरीरात शुद्ध रक्ताचा सारख्या प्रमाणात संचार होतो.

It was a historic moment when few of Muslim volenter of Aam Admi Party did Namaz in the open space in front of Saibaba Mandir inside the Andheri MIDC police station when they were detained by police for peaceful protest of Jhadu chalao abhiyan in front of NCP office in Mumbai Andheri.
AAP volenter came up with unique idea to unite our society with the love for India by spreading communal harmony. Very same society which was divided by Congress and BJP in religion is now coming together with the mean of Aam Admi Party.

Aam Aadmi Party Delhi Volenters beaten by Delhi Police for demanding FIR registration against Rapist
India Delhi 20 Jun 2013 : Aaam Aadmi Party Volenter beaten by Delhi Police , Delhi police personnel violets human rights, offers urine to drink to a thirsty guy who asked water for drinking.
On 19th Jun 2013 evening an Aaam Admi Party Volenter an Auto Rikshaw driver in Delhi saw a husband and wife both were crying , when asked by him female informed that her husband was confined in a house in Gokapluri. and female was gang-raped by two men .
The Amm Aadmi Party Voleneter took them to nearest police station in Delhi, police was reluctant to register FIR , soon on the call of AAP several volenters rushed to police station and demanded for justice for poor couple.
About 15 Voleneters were held and arrested by police of which 4 were girls , and there was very same named Binu who protested against rape of 6 year old little girl Gudiya few months before, in front of police and was brutally slapped by police personnel and was injured , later on her courage was instrumental in suspension of the same police personnel.
Police cracked down over innocent Amm Aadmi Party volenters , lathicharged and beat them mercilessly, leg bone of one of volenter was fractured , and hand bone of one volentere was fractured, it is said that the
Amm Aadmi Party volenters are framed by Delhi police in false charges.
One of aamadmi party volenter was crying and informed that he was offered urine to drink by a Delhi Police person person when he asked for water for drinking, in police custody.
Arvind Kejriwal rushed to police station and protested with the thousands of volenters for justice.
Later on these volenters were presented before magistrate who granted bail to only 4 female volenters and rest of others are still in arrest.
All over India this incidence has erupted in to anger amongst common man and the faith in the police and judiciary is diminishing.
Most of citizens in India are waiting for upcoming elections in Delhi so that they vote the candidates selected by Aaam Aadmi Part amongst conman people in Delhi which democratic and innovative way, are hopeful of changing current corrupt police, media, and governance systems in India.
